Donate Your Estate
List the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary as a benefactor in your Last Will & Testament. If you would like to leave your estate to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, simply name the Sanctuary in your will as follows: “The Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, LLC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation.” The Sanctuary has been granted tax exempt status by the IRS and any donation to our organization is tax-deductible and will help offset inheritance taxes you might otherwise be obligated to pay.
